Who do you blame for the Rwandan Genocide?

I blame humanity in general, because the UN could have stopped it or at least prevented so many people from being killed. The US knew about what was happening and they could have sent troops but they didn`t because of past experiences in Africa. Also the Hutu is mostly to blame because they did the murdering.

The Nazi forced the Jews who could work to work until they died, and they sent the ones who couldn`t work, like the elderly, the sick, and little children, they sent to the gas chambers to be killed

they have changed because i have learned that its not just mindless killing. It has a precise science behind it and is very carefully thought out

Q: if these are the 1st & 2nd stages genocide, when do you think they become a problem? 

A:it becomes a problem when people start to be discriminated against when the classification is seen or when the are being attacked due to certain classifications.
